These Terms and Conditions apply to all apps created by PulseByte Studios Inc (“Service Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or utilizing any of our Applications, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. We strongly advise you to read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application or any part of it is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted. The Service Provider is not responsible for certain aspects of your usage. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, either Wi-Fi or mobile data. We cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function due to lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your mobile data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, be aware that your mobile network provider’s terms still apply. You may incur charges for data usage, roaming charges, or other third-party fees. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
The Service Provider is also not responsible for device-related issues. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Application, the Service Provider cannot be held liable.
While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for certain information. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss you may experience as a result of relying on this functionality.
The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. The Application’s requirements (including supported operating systems) may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application. We do not guarantee that the Application will always remain compatible with your device or OS version. By using the Application, you agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Unless stated otherwise, upon termination: (a) all rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; and (b) you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
